We have been engaged in comprehensive production of high-quality electronic devices for over a decade. Our products have gained recognition among many customers and individual recipients both domestically and abroad. Year after year, we expand our production capabilities and introduce devices that meet the latest standards and requirements of customers. In addition to SMD and THT assembly, our company offers a range of other services, such as production of fronts and prints, laser marking, laser cutting, milling, 3D printing, production of cable harnesses, and many others. PRODUCTION PREPARATION AND COMPONENT ASSEMBLY

We have a warehouse with over 3,000,000 electronic components and an extensive network of suppliers with whom we have been cooperating for many years, which allows us to quickly complete component assembly for production. We use dedicated software with supply identification and barcode systems to manage our warehouse operations. We also offer assistance in selecting materials and production technology, taking into account the specifics of each product.

SMD ASSEMBLY

Our own SMD assembly department is undoubtedly our advantage - fast production start and timely completion of customer orders are possible thanks to experienced operators and equipment, which includes, among others: a TWS stencil printer, MX80 automatic pick and placement machine, and a five-zone reflow soldering oven.

THT ASSEMBLY

Our company has 12 dedicated THT assembly workstations staffed by experienced professionals who have extensive knowledge of the production process. We use Lean Manufacturing methods, such as 5S and TPM, which significantly improve the quality of production at this stage of the process.

CABLE HARNESS PRODUCTION

We have our own department for the production of cable harnesses, equipped with machines for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires. Using laser marking or pad printing, we can apply practically any description on the wire insulation as per the client's request.

PLASTIC AND METAL MARKING

Our in-house designed and built 30W Fiber Laser Marking machine allows us to mark a wide range of materials from plastics to wood and even metals. This marking method is very precise, readable, and can achieve virtually any graphical form.

PLASTIC MILLING AND CUTTING

Our machine park includes a 900x600mm CO2 laser and a Seron 6090 milling plotter, primarily used for working with plastics and aluminum. With these machines, we can customize the shape of the housing, front panel, or any other component according to the client's individual order.

PRINTING AND FRONT PANEL PRODUCTION

We can produce front panels or masks for electronic devices using UV or screen printing technology. Depending on the type of material and application, we use silk screens and manual paint application or the Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII UV printer.

FINAL ASSEMBLY OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES

We are able to assemble each device in its entirety using semi-automatic and manual tools within the agreed deadline. We put the utmost care and dedication into every product so that after testing and packaging, the device is delivered to our customer as a final and fully valuable product of the highest quality.

PRODUCTION REPORTING AND MARKING SYSTEM

At every stage of assembly, the products are marked with special labels, allowing us to determine their origin and process flow. We also have a reporting system for the time and quantity of products produced.

IMPLEMENTATION AND DESIGN OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Our team of experienced designers and programmers can offer full support in the development and implementation of new electronic devices for production. We design electronic circuits and housings, create software, and visualizations according to the client's guidelines and requirements.
